Our online seminar is aimed at all small and medium enterprises from trade and commerce who want to benefit from experiences of other companies, to all those who want to develop new growth prospects and to those, who want to use regional competences.

In addition, our further education program is intended for managers, who want to increase their qualifications and thus increase their chances on the job market, or who want to increase and ensure their company’s competitiveness.

We do also address college graduates, who are at the beginning of their career and strive to leading positions in a SME or plan the acquisition of a SME.

We would also like to enable unemployed, but accordingly skilled persons, to achieve higher qualifications and to increase their chances on the job market.

Young Entrepreneurs do continue to benefit from our experiences of the project “KMU-Management” and are still welcome to learn the most important commercial and legal basics for a successful business. The existing chapters of the seminar “KMU-Management” are enhanced continuously and adapted to the requirements of an international commitment. The previous offer will be expanded by methods and tools for growing companies, in order to support the young entrepreneurs in the post start-up and establishment phase.
